I am a Professor Emerita of Fashion at NC State University, still teaching fashion classes. I've been working in the disability + fashion space for over 20 years and The Intersection of Fashion & Disability is my first solo book on the topic. In my free time, I'm a musician, playing bass and singing vocals in a cover band based in North Carolina. I split my time between the USA and UK, and I love both of these wonderful places.
