Dr. Steve Martin (he/him) is an accomplished management and leadership consultant. With decades of experience as a consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach, Steve specializes in working with senior leadership (CxOs) and management teams, iterating on transformation strategies and business operations optimization. He’s an authority on guiding organizations and individuals through the complexities of today’s dynamic business landscape and rapid change.
Steve spent his early days as a Disney cast member, where he adopted his “service to others” philosophy. He’s worked with all sizes of organizations, from startups to large enterprises, including the Fortune 100. Not only is Steve an Adjunct Professor in Franklin University’s Doctor of Business Administration program, but he has also served on several non-profit professional boards in roles such as CEO and COO.
Steve balances his love of donuts and bakery goods in his spare time with running in long-distance races.
