Dr. Richard Jones is currently Professor of Oncology, Medicine, and Pathophysiology at the Johns Hopkins University. He is also the Director of Hematologic Malignancies and Bone Marrow Transplantation at the Johns Hopkins University, as well as Associate Director of The Cancer Center.
Over his 35 year career in cancer research, he has been continuously funded by the National Cancer Institute. He has held numerous national and international leadership positions in the field of cancer, including Chair of the Blood and Marrow Clinical Trials Network and Chair of the National Cancer Institute’s Cancer Center’s Study Section.
