The Author's Apprentice started as a collaboration between illustrator, Chechula, and author, Jessi Eichberger. This project developed into a four chapter webcomic recently finished posting on both tumblr and taptastic. The story follows the antics of a young girl named Johanna Petit, whose chance encounter with a peculiar book that leads to her discovery of the Athenaeum, a fantastical library that houses some very dark secrets of its own.
