There is one thing Kaela knows for sure...
The only person I can trust is my best friend Caroline. So no one is more shocked than I am when I agree to go back to a town I refuse to call home to participate in a wedding for someone I refuse to call my sister. Lucas was a crush I wrote some stupid poems about in high school. He wants me to believe those poems still mean something and that I belong here. Those are two things I know for sure aren’t true.
