Mirjam Oldenhave is a Dutch author and musician, best known for her Mees Kees series for children.
Oldenhave trained as a drama therapist and taught Drama and Music in special education, before becoming an author.
She has received several nominations and honours from the top juries for Dutch children's literature. Her Mees Kees books were turned into a popular film series and a theatre show.
