B.G. Nettelton grew up in the shadow of diamond smugglers and ritual murder investigations.

Her father was a District Commissioner in 1960s Lesotho, tasked with stopping illegal diamond trading and solving medicine murders in the remote highlands.

She spent her childhood listening to stories of danger, corruption, and the raw beauty of southern Africa—stories that would later inspire her Wings Over Africa series.

After university, Nettelton worked as a safari hostess in Botswana's Okavango Delta, where she met her Norwegian pilot husband,

Joining him in the geophysical survey business, together they mapped Namibia's deserts, and some of the most remote landscapes on earth.

Now, she channels those experiences into African romantic suspense—novels that combine pulse-pounding mysteries, unforgettable heroines, and settings so vivid you can feel the red dust and hear the lions roar.

Wings Over Africa: Standalone novels of danger, romance, and secrets. From the Kalahari to the Okavango to the mountains of Lesotho.
Perfect for readers who love Paula McLain's Circling the Sun and Delia Owens' Where the Crawdads Sing

When not writing, Nettelton runs Wuthering Heights, a boutique B&B in South Australia's Clare Valley, and splits her time between Australia and Norway.

Also writing as Beverley Oakley (Regency romance) and Beverley Eikli (memoir publishing)
