Adrian Stone is an alias for the Dutch writer Ad van Tiggelen. Adrian has always had a passion for fantasy, already from a young age.
At the end of the seventies he was one of the first people in The Netherlands to play the then unknown game of Dungeons & Dragons with a group of friends, something he continued to do for twenty years. In his working life Adrian became an investor, a profession which caused him to travel widely and in which he has given countless presentations on amost all continents.
Also in his private life he liked to travel and his visits to strange cultures and ancient holy places intensified his interest in religions and spirituality. After having gradually perfected his communicative skills, Adrian decided to start writing fantasy books. He likes to write action packed books which also have some deeper spiritual meaning. Adrian thinks that fantasy books offer the best possible platform to create a world which seems far away but nevertheless is close to our heart.
