Stefan Jakubowski in brief.
Hometown - Reading - where I was raised, lived and worked until 1995. I moved to Aberystwyth for two years before moving on to Pembrokeshire where I now live with my wife Nia and adopted cat Peaches (she was already named - I whistle when I want her to come in).
Before chancing my arm in the literary world I held down numerous jobs which included wood-machinest, sawyer, leisure attendant/five-a-side referee ( happy days), football promoter, barman, labourer, market trader, stallholder ( more happy days), to name a few.
Hobbies: reading (obviously), horse riding (but not lately), walking (plenty of walks in Pembs), golf (handicap - yeah all the usual ones), snorkling (badly and only near the beach), watching films(my all time favourite is Starship Trooper - you make your own mind up), and cat training (not really - but did you know that if you cover your newspaper in cat food and call fetch they lick it off).
I also tried my hand at Tarot reading (seriously now) - which I did for free - but found I was quite good at it, which was scary, so I stopped.
Member of Academi: The Welsh National Literature Promotion Agency and Society of Writers.
And that my friends - as they say in the afterlife - is that.
