I once tried to alphabetise my spice rack to avoid writing a poem—and ended up writing one about cumin. A professional coach by day and poetic soul by night, I find inspiration in quiet cafés, loud emotions, and the occasional existential crisis over a cup of coffee, or glass of wine. My debut poetry collection, Lines from the Soul, is proof that even life's messiest moments can rhyme (with enough editing). I believe laughter, tears, and moments from life are valid punctuation, and that the best stories are found between the lines—and sometimes at the bottom of an empty biscuit tin.
Being autistic means I look at life a little more intensely and think a little more deeply than most,
I like to bring gentle humour and raw honesty to every page. This book isn’t just a collection of poems—it’s a way of seeing the world differently, celebrating difference, and making sense of the chaos one verse at a time.
