I'm a young adult writer with a background in advertising. Playing in rock bands since I was a teen, I've had the opportunity to open up for several famous '60s and '70s acts as well as play in front of huge crowds, and on the advertising side, I've been fortunate to work with various sports stars and celebrities on ad campaigns. So, when putting together the concept for Overnight Sensation, the lure of fame and rock and roll seemed to be a natural choice for me to write about.

My musical tastes range from classic rock (Beatles, Beach Boys, Doobie Brothers) to current music (Imagine Dragons, John Mayer, Phoenix). I play drums, guitar, and sing - but not at the same time... I like Coke Zero, Marvel movies and Raisinets, and can't stand beets, brussel sprouts, or waiting...
for anything. Are we done yet?
